Mncwango linked with Pirates move - report

Cape Town - Polokwane City star Thobani Mncwango is reportedly a target for Orlando Pirates after impressing with his scoring form in recent times for Rise and Shine.

In 2015/16, the forward bagged 13 Premiership goals and has been on target three times this season as well in the league.

As such, it appears a move to a bigger side like Pirates is on the cards.

"Mncwango's original contract with Polokwane City finished at the end of last season, but the club exercised the option they had on his deal," a source told Soccer Laduma

"It was a two-year option. In December, he will be left with six months on his current deal with the club.

"He can sign with a club of his choice as early as at the beginning of next year. He just has to continue working hard in training and performing well for his team."
