Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Lindokuhle Mbatha is targeting a permanent deal at Mpumalanga Black Aces after a successful loan spell with the club.
Mbatha joined Amazayoni on the final day of the January transfer window and went on to make eight appearances in the Premiership for Muhsin Ertugral's side.
"If I had my way I would really want to continue here at Aces because this loan has been really beneficial for me," the 30-year-old told KickOff.
"I have been able to get to play which is what I needed all along and which is the reason why I came here. I am a footballer after all and so I enjoy it when I am playing.
"Sundowns will guide the way forward because they still have an option on my contract. I am yet to hear from them about what will be done with that option."
