Malesela: We must come up with solutions

Cape Town - Chippa United coach Dan Malesela lamented his team's performance in their 1-0 loss against Polokwane City in a Premiership encounter on Wednesday evening.

The Chilli Boys failed to build on their 3-1 win victory against Kaizer Chiefs, when Jabulani Maluleke's expertly taken free-kick secured maximum points for Rise and Shine, in addition to extending their undefeated streak to five consecutive games in the campaign.

However, Malesela cut a frustrated figure in post-match comments when speaking about his team's showing - saying they deserved more from the game.

"It’s a kind of a game where I felt we deserved something but again in football sometimes it is not the case," he told reporters.

"I told the players it is going to be a game of small margins, a draw or just one goal to win it.

"We must come up with solutions before our game on Saturday. We are playing at home and we must do all possible to come with the result."

The Port Elizabeth based-outfit occupy tenth place on the table, having picked up 13 points from a possible 36 and will be looking to return to winning ways when they welcome Highlands Park on Saturday, December 17th at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium.
