Cape Town - Golden Arrows head coach Clinton Larsen revealed that he hopes to sign four new players by the end of the January transfer window.
According to KickOff, Larsen believes that each coach in the Premiership will be looking to add a striker to their squad.
"We need another striker - I think every coach will tell you that,” Larsen said.
"There’s only one striker who’s scored goals in the league, so the other 15 coaches are going to say they need a striker. That’s the one position."
"We also need another midfielder to complement (Danny) Phiri, (Kagisho) Dikgacoi and (Musa) Bilankulu and maybe one on the side - we’ve got a few, but I think one more winger. At least four players will help transform our team in 2017," he said.
Arrows had a decent run in the first-half of the Absa Premiership as they occupy sixth place on the log.
Abafana Bes'thende will face SuperSport United on February 8 when the league resumes.
