Cape Town - Golden Arrows boss Clinton Larsen has confirmed they are keen to sign Rodney Ramagalela on a permanent basis for next season.
The forward is currently on loan from Mamelodi Sundowns and despite his underwhelming goal return this season, his professionalism and work-ethic has impressed the former Bloemfontein Celtic head coach.
"Well, firstly with Rodney when I got to the club he hadn't played much," Larsen told Goal website.
"He was hardly used by the previous coach so when I got here I saw a player that I believed could help the team. He has got a lot more starts now than he did in the first 10 games of the season."
With only two goals this season, Larsen is hoping that the 27-year-old's hard work leads to a goal scoring run in the last quarter of the Premiership campaign.
"Yes, he has got a few goals and hopefully with nine games to go he can continue to improve his performances and get more goals," the 45-year-old added.
"I have been happy with his contribution since taking over, but we first have to see what his parent club brings and what their demands are regarding his services."
