Cape Town - Golden Arrows coach Clinton Larsen confirmed that former Bafana Bafana midfielder Kagisho Dikgacio is training with the club in order to keep fit.
According to KickOff, Dikgacio is looking to return to the PSL after Cardiff City released the player at the end of August.
Larsen reveals that the 31-year-old approached Arrows chairperson Mato Madlala in order for him to keep up his fitness levels.
"She just asked if he could train with us for the time being, to keep fit, and that is what he is doing ," Larsen reveals.
"I haven't really spoken to her [Madlala] with regards to him signing and stuff, but at the moment has joined us in training and he's keeping fit with us."
With Dikgacio now a free agent, Larsen admits that signing the midfielder on a permanent basis is tempting if they can afford him.
"Having said that, we are always looking to improve the team and if a player like him becomes available, and the club can afford him, he will just make the squad stronger," he adds.
"So it is something we have to sit down on but, like I said, for now he's training with the team and he's working hard with the rest of the group. We will have to wait and see what happens."
