Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs coach Steve Komphela wants his charges to maintain the same pace following a run of four victories.
The most recent win coming in a match staged in Durban against Ajax Cape Town. A marketing ploy by Amakhosi to bring the football to different corners of South Africa. Last season the Sowetan side played three 'Home' matches at Cape Town Stadium with the same being done this campaign.
Meanwhile, Komphela and his troops shift their focus to Telkom Knock this weekend with a match against Maritzburg United and Komphela is not resting his laurels when he faces his former side on Saturday eveninig.
"I don’t see myself driving slow, we may take the same street," Komphela said as quoted by KickOff.
"If you drive too slow it might end up moving towards an element of complacence or arrogance, if you are driving too fast you will crash.
"So it is important to maintain the same pace... what you should know is that there are certain environments that need temperament, there are certain environments that put you to test in terms of character and as you go through it then you understand.
"It was what you deserve to be when you are. It can only reveal or build your character and by so doing you then withstand whatever."
