Knox Mutizwa pens deal with Arrows

Cape Town - Golden Arrows have reportedly concluded the purchase and signing of forward Knox Mutizwa from Bidvest Wits, after his successful loan spell last season with Abafana Bes'thende.

The Zimbabwe international netted five goals in fourteen matches in all competitions during his loan spell, and it appears his prolific form convinced his new side to offer a deal.

The 23-year-old arrives in Durban coming off some top performances for the Warriors, where he was named most outstanding player in July's COSAFA Cup triumph.

He joins international team-mate, Kudakwashe Mahachi, who recently saw his deal extended with Arrows.

Aside from Mutizwa's arrival, TimesLIVE website also report that Thabiso Mgwaba has been added to the side's attack after his release by Chippa United.

In addition, central defender Mzwandile Buthelezi has come on board from Acornbush United, alongside left-back Zolani Nkombela from Mbombela United in the National First Division.

The player made 21 starts in the NFD in 2016/17.
