Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune says their league tie against Cape Town City presents the club with an opportunity to get back to winning ways.
The Soweto giant's seven-game unbeaten streak was brought to a grinding halt when Mamelodi Sundowns condemned them to a 2-1 defeat, ahead of a 1-1 stalemate with SuperSport United.
But the Bafana Bafana goalkeeper is adamant that his side can regain momentum by garnering victory against Eric Tinkler's side.
"We are looking at the game tomorrow as a turning point," he told the club's official website.
"We have to get back to winning ways. We are aware of City and their form," he added.
Chiefs will find the going tough against City, considering that the Mother City-based outfit have embarked on a seven-game unbeaten streak in all competitions, in addition to Tinkler's side knocking Chiefs out of the MTN 8 cup earlier this season.
"We anticipate a good challenge from City. They deserve the credit and respect. They have been consistent, but they must know we are playing at home," Khune concluded.
Steve Komphela's men will be looking to find some scoring form after being criticised by former players for the team's lack of goals.
Kick off is at 19:30.
