Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Hlompho Kekana believes that the level of focus at the club this season is greater following their 16 game unbeaten run.
Sundowns have not tasted defeat in 12 games in the Premiership, while their record in all competition is at 16.
Kekana admits that he enjoys playing in an advanced position in midfield, after scoring a brace against Mariztburg United in the 3-2 victory on Saturday.
"I think collectively as a team we have really set ourselves goals that we really need to achieve this season," Kekana told KickOff.
"I think we are working towards those goals and I'm happy with the performance of the team and I'm happy to be scoring goals.
"We are taking each game as it comes and see where we end up. Like I said, we've set ourselves goals this season...as individuals and as a team. I would say as a team we are really on the right track.
"We're not forgetting every three points is important this time of the season. We are trying, striving for that."
The Brazilians could extend their streak against Chippa United at the Lucas Moripe Stadium on Tuesday.
