Cape Town - Free State Stars striker Moeketsi Sekola is the latest player to reject a new deal at the club in favour of agreeing a pre-contract with Premiership rivals Highlands Park.
In a surprise move, the robust frontman has decided to join the Lions of the North, who are currently in 15th place, one point behind his current employers.
Sekola, who won the 2014/15 season's top goal scorer award, has six months left on his contract with Ea Lla Koto, but follows on from left-back Bokang Thato Thlone who signed for Bidvest Wits earlier this week.
With only one goal this season, the 27-year-old will be hoping Gordon Igesund's side can retain their top-flight status in order to continue playing in the PSL next term.
Sekola has scored 20 goals and registered eight assists in 90 games for Stars since joining from Roses United in 2013.
