Cape Town - The Premiership clash between Highlands Park and Bloemfontein Celtic will have to be rescheduled after heavy rains led to its abandonment on Wednesday.
The encounter at the Makhulong Stadium lasted just 10 minutes when the referee took both sets of players off due to a bad thunderstorm.
The match commissioner finally made the decision to postpone the game after the rain continued to pour down.
The Premier Soccer League will announce the new date and time for the fixture in the coming days.
Highlands park next travel to the Orlando Stadium where they will face Soweto giants, Orlando Pirates on Saturday with the kick off scheduled to be at 20:15.
Bloemfontein Celtic host SuperSport United at the Dr Molemela Stadium on Sunday (Kick off is at 15:30).
