Highlands confident ahead of Chiefs fixture, says Freese

Highlands Park coach Allan Freese insists that they will be doing Kaizer Chiefs no favours in their Premiership clash at Makhulong Stadium on Wednesday.

Under-pressure Amakhosi will take on the buoyant top-flight rookies on their home turf in midweek.

Chiefs are still winless since the start of the season after two losses and a draw, while the Lions of the North are still beaming from their debut 2-1 win over Baroka FC.

"We respect Chiefs as a big team but we're playing at home and it will be 11 against 11," Freese said as quoted by KickOff.

"We did well in our first game against Baroka. We played well at home and this gives us confidence going to the game tomorrow.

"They haven't been doing well and said they will come to the game as wounded tigers.

"They haven't won any game this season and unfortunately they are also coming to us when we also want points especially at home."

Kick-off is at 19:30.
