Gould's future uncertain at Chiefs

Cape Town - Football agent Glyn Binkin revealed his client Morgan Gould is yet to engage with Kaizer Chiefs management about a possible contract extension.

Gould is in the final few months of his contract with his deal set to expire at the end of the current season. His agent believes any eventuality is still possible, including his client potentially leaving Amakhosi at the end of the season.

"Chiefs have not yet indicated if they will renew his contract. We have set a meeting with Kaizer Chiefs this week to discuss his future at the club," Binkin told KickOff.

The veteran defender has made only five appearances this season for Chiefs and may well not be interested in extending his stay at the club without assurances he will be afforded more game time.
