Fiston's agent to sue Sofapaka

Cape Town - The agent of Fiston Abdul Razak is in the process of suing Sofapaka over allegedly not receiving his transfer cut.

Mamelodi Sundowns signed the forward last season and Dennis Kadito (agent) reveals that he was not compensated by Sofapaka.

Kadito says he is still owed money from the deal for the Burundian striker which took place a year ago, and having failed to have his case heard by the dispute body, has taken his claim to court, where he is suing both Sofapaka and the Sports Disputes Tribunal.

"I seek this Court's intervention to ensure justice is delivered and totally discourage such conduct by the sued parties in appreciation of the role of sports in Kenya and internationally. I believe in due process," Kadito was quoted as saying by the Daily Nation.
