Farouk Khan open to Chiefs job

Johannesburg - Former Kaizer Chiefs assistant coach Farouk Khan admits that he would be interested in making a return to club to help rebuild their academy.

Khan is the owner of Stars of Africa Academy which has produced players like May Mahlangu and Tokelo Rantie.

The football analyst was a part of the Chiefs technical setup during a successful era in the early 2000s.

Khan has revealed that he has been approached by Amakhosi to potentially work at Naturena again.

"There's nothing concrete yet - I only had a chat about it with Kaizer Motaung. But I must say that would be a great opportunity," Khana told KickOff.

"I wouldn't mind being a part of it...let me just say I will definitely consider it if approached with a concrete offer."
