Ex-Pirates star Jali considering future - agent

Cape Town - Mike Makaab, the representative of former Orlando Pirates star Andile Jali, says the player is considering his future after falling out of favour with Oostende in Belgium.

Cameroon midfielder Sebastien Siani is currently favoured by coach Yves Vanderhaeghe, leading to Jali losing his place when the 30-year-old recently returned from the Africa Cup of Nations.

As such, Makaab has admitted that Jali is keeping all of his options open should he not return to the starting line-up in the near future.

The 26-year-old's potential availability could attract the attention of Pirates, who may want to reunite with the lively destroyer.

"We are taking it week by week and seeing how things play out," Makaab  told TimesLIVE website.

"The most important thing‚ and he agrees‚ is that he must play and that hasn't been happening for the last short while.

"We will sit down with Oostende and discuss the situation and take it from there. When that will be, I'm not sure."
