Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs striker Edmore Chirambadare wants to emulate the successes of his countrymen at the Naturena-based club in the past few seasons.
In the past, a number of Zimbabwean footballers have made their mark at Chiefs including Tenashe Nengomasha, Knowledge Musona and most recently Willard Katsande.
Chirambadare has been pleased with his contribution so far with Amakhosi after two official appearances and also a superb performance against Bloemfontein Celtic in the 4-1 Macufe Cup win on Sunday.
"To be at Chiefs is a good thing and I consider it a good achievement for me. To be around these players you can enjoy each and every moment. It is nice," he told the Sowetan.
"I have adapted well and I can tell the supporters to look forward to many things. I'm looking forward to doing a lot for Chiefs. The fans should expect more, because that's why I'm here. I have a target and as a wing player, if I score.
"Sometimes the supporters can boo you, but if you have the confidence you can continue to entertain them and have fun."
