Ea Lla Koto striker returns to Belgium

Cape Town - After knee surgery, Free State Stars striker Andrea Fileccia returned to Belgium in order to recover.

According to KickOff, the 24-year-old was the club’s top goal scorer before having his knee broken against Bloemfontein Celtic.

It was Mbhazima Rikhotso’s horrible tackle that hospitalised the forward in a provincial derby encounter last month.

Meanwhile, Stars claimed a hard-fought 1-0 win over Orlando Pirates in a closely fought encounter at Goble Park in the Premiership of Wednesday.

Ea Lla Koto will travel to Eastern Cape to take on Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium on Saturday.

Kick-off is at 15:30.
