Dolly: We enjoy the pressure

Cape Town - Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Keagan Dolly says that his side relish the challenge, despite having to juggle the pressure of competing in several competitions.

The Chloorkop-based outfit are currently preparing for their all-important CAF Champions League second-leg semi-final against ZESCO United on Saturday, and Dolly says that the hectic schedule is added motivation.

"It has been a busy year for us here at Sundowns, especially for me," he told reporters.

"I didn't get much rest, but that is what we [as Sundowns players] live for.

"We enjoy the pressure, we enjoy dominating in every competition we play in and for us it is about the process more than the end product."

Pitso Mosimane's charges are coming off the back of a MTN8 Cup semi-final victory against Chippa United, and will look to book their place in the final of the Champions League, in addition to defending their league title.

Dolly is adamant that Sundowns can make history, and suggested their hunger would be the determining factor.

"We believe that if we take care of the process it will eventually deliver the end product," he added.

"It is another semifinal for us, it is an opportunity for us to go down in the history books. It is all up to us.

"I don't think there is anything stopping us. Everything we do is in our hands, it depends on how much we want it.

"We have the quality to make it to the final and like I said I think it is all up to us.

"We don't want to stop, we want to dominate in every competition and showcase to the people of South Africa and the world what we have here at Mamelodi Sundowns," he concluded.
