De Sa dissapointed with Aces comeback

Cape Town – Ajax Cape Town coach Roger de Sa admits that the draw against Mpumalanga Black Aces feels like a loss.

According to KickOff, De Sa’s charges let slip a 2-0 lead in their Absa Premiership clash against Aces.

The Urban Warriors were by far the stronger side in the first-half and took a deserved 2-0 lead into half time thanks to goals from Riyaad Norodien and Prince Nxumalo in the 22nd and 39th minute respectively.

“When you give up a 2-0 lead it’s always disappointing, they will be delighted, it will feel like a win to them, and it feels like a loss to us,” said De Sa.

“A very good first half, but then second half we just made a silly mistake to give the goal away and once we did that it was always gonna be a bit of a fight, that third goal was vital, we should have got it, and they got it, and then it could have gone either way.

“Two goals again, Prince got on the scoresheet, Riyaad scored, we had a couple of nice moves in the first half, second half we never came out of the change-room really and that’s disappointing.
