De Sa confirms Abondo signing

Cape Town - Roger de Sa has confirmed that Ajax Cape Town have captured the signature of Kenyan midfielder Victor Abondo.

Abondo can play in the Number 10 position, or in a deeper lying central midfield role, and will be competing for a place in the team with the likes of captain Travis Graham, Toriq Losper, Ruzaigh Gamildien, Bantu Mzwakali and Ndiviwe Mdabuka.

The Gor Mahia midfielder is set to join the Urban Warriors in time for South Africa’s pre-season, which starts in in late June or early July.

"It's done between us and him. He will be with us in pre-season training preparing for next season," head coach De Sa told the KickOff.
