Clever Boys sign Gordinho

Cape Town - Bidvest Wits have strengthened their squad with the signing of highly-rated youngster - former Ajax Cape Town midfielder - Anthony Gordinho.

The club announced on Monday that they had reached an agreement with the midfielder, who previously plied his trade in the National First Division with the University of Pretoria(TUKS).

The 21-year-old who is the younger brother of Kaizer Chiefs defender Lorenzo Gordinho, is a versatile player who is mostly used as a midfielder.

Gordinho put pen-to-paper after impressing head coach, Gavin Hunt while training with the first team squad for a number of weeks.
