Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs defender Lorenzo Gordinho has admitted that the club are delighted to see the fans coming back to support the team following a recent five-match winning streak.
After some difficult periods in 2016 during which coach Steve Komphela's future was called into question, the Glamour Boys have since risen to the top of the Premiership standings.
As such, Gordinho believes the change in fortunes has contributed to the improved support.
"It really feels good that our fans are coming back to the stadium and supporting us," he told the club's official website.
"The confidence is there, they are happy with the team and believing in us again, and that gives us the boost we need on game day to get the positive result."
