Chiefs banking on Durban fortress

Cape Town - Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Willard Katsande hopes that playing the Telkom Knockout final at their happy hunting ground will propel them to victory.

Chiefs have in recent years made the Moses Mabhida Stadium their second home with the club picking up a number of titles at the grounds in Durban with the MTN8 title last season and the Nedbank Cup before that during the 2013/14 campaign.

Katsande expects Amakhosi to have an advantage against Mamelodi Sundowns in the TKO final on Wednesday.

"Yes, Moses Mabhida is our best hunting ground as Kaizer Chiefs. I think all the games we play there we've come out victorious, so it is going to be a psychological advantage to us," Katsande told KickOff.

"We need to focus on the coach's tactics on match day, and try to execute them carefully.

"My main goal is to help Kaizer Chiefs win this cup because, as you know, since I came here to Naturena I've never won the Telkom Cup so it's my chance now to win it with Chiefs."
