Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic and Highlands Park clash in a potential Premiership relegation six pointer when they go head-to-head at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium on Tuesday night.
Just two points separate 13th-placed Siwelele from the Lions of the North in 15th, and with only six games to play, both clubs will be desperate for victory in the Free State.
The hosts have billed the game as a cup final and Celtic co-coach John Maduka is expecting a real battle between the sides.
“This game could go a long way towards moving us out of trouble, therefore we consider it to be a cup final," he said.
"The players know that and we are all looking forward towards getting a positive result.”
Celtic put on a incredible showing in a 2-1 defeat by Orlando Pirates in the Nedbank quarter-finals over the weekend.
Tshepo Rikhotso missed that game due to an ankle knock, but is in contention this time. However, Khethokwakhe Masuku is ruled out.
Siwelele have now lost two in a row after beating Mbombela United in the previous Nedbank Cup round, while Highlands are without a win in their last three matches, but did draw with the Bucs last time out.
Kick off is at 19:30.
