Cape Town - Bloemfontein Celtic have announced that six players from the current squad are not in coach Serame Letsoaka's plans for the new season.
Phunya Sele Sele endured one of their most disappointing campaigns in the Premiership, finishing 11th in the standings and failing to pick up any silverware.
The Free State outfit have confirmed that Wade Jooste, Keamogetse Wolff and Alushavhiwe Marubini will be leaving at the end of June, while Thabang Matuka and Julius Linkontsane are set to be loaned out.
Following his unsuccessful loan spell with Celtic, striker Helder Pelembe is also on his way out and will be returning to parent club Orlando Pirates.
"The team would love to thank the players for their contribution and wishes them a very productive future wherever they will be playing next season," read a statement on the club's official website.
"As part of its preparation, Celtic is currently negotiating with various teams trying to secure quality players and will soon announce those joining the club."
Siwelele chief executive officer Khumbulani Konco added: "We are absolutely delighted by the prospect of signing phenomenal players that will come and definitely add value in the team.
"Together with the technical team, we have identified and subsequently made proper enquiries about players we are hoping to sign. Trust me when I say they are brilliant individuals who will help us reach our goals next season.
"However, we must be appreciative enough to thank those leaving the club for having played a pivotal role in trying to help us achieve as a team. They are good players but we unfortunately have to allow them seek greener pastures elsewhere."
