Cape Town - New SuperSport United coach Stuart Baxter was satisfied with his debut in the 1-1 draw against Bloemfontein Celtic on Wednesday.
Matsatsantsa came back from a goal down to save Baxter from a defeat in his first game in charge at the Dr Molemela Stadium.
Fiston Abdul Razak opened the scoring for Celtic in the 39th minute while Luvolwethu Mpeta equalized for the visitors in the 62nd minute.
"You're always wanting to win games but considering the amount of time we've done the work and considering the weather and the opponents, away from home, then I think you're happy enough with a point in those circumstances," Baxter told KickOff.
"We were quite organised and I thought we had a few good chances to even sneak it but if you look back at the game and the way it was to and fro, I think probably a draw was a fair result.
"We're going to have to keep on working with our organisation and our structure. I want to get to the point where the players are so comfortable that they'll start expressing themselves more.
"I think our play around the box, we saw shoots of it, but we didn't see it enough. We were still looking for that golden bullet a little bit individually."
