Baroka FC are set for a squad overhaul in January after performing below expectations on their debut campaign in the Premiership.
Bakgaga chief executive officer Morgan Mammila confirmed two more players will be released before the upcoming transfer window after they struggled to break into the starting XI.
James Bell and Siphiwe Gwala both joined the newly-promoted club during the off-season from Moroka Swallows and FC Cape Town respectively, but the two strikers are now set to be declared as free agents.
"We have amicably reached an agreement to part ways with Bell and Gwala. They haven't been getting game-time so they approached the team so that they can be released," Mammila told KickOff.
After initially claiming they won't be signing any 'PSL rejects', it seems the Limpopo outfit have changed their stance as former Bloemfontein Celtic striker Helder Pelembe reportedly close to joining Kgokolo Thobejane's side.
