Cape Town - Following Ajax Cape Town's defeat to Cape Town City, Roger de Sa admits he will have one-on-one talks with under performing players.
City claimed bragging rights on Friday evening in an Absa Premiership Cape derby clash at Cape Town Stadium.
Tinkler's side were the better team on the night against the Urban Warriors throughout the 90-minutes and the scoreline showed as the match ended 1-0 courtesy of a first half tap in by Bhongolwethu Jayiya.
De Sa's body language on the sidelines were that of a disappointing coach and he confirmed his sentiments during the post-match press conference.
"Some of them have it and some don’t", the Urban Warriors coach said.
"In these situations as you can see, who’s got a heart the size of a peanut and who has a proper heart and that’s what you learn from a young squad.
"I like to talk to them more individually but right now we got to check on the injuries, we got two defenders off injured as well (Musa Lebusa and Rivaldo Coetzee) which is a bit of a concern.
"We’ll have to talk, go through the video and fortunately we got a bit of a break our next game has been postponed, we do have two-three weeks before we play our next match hopefully we can rectify a few things."
