Cape Town - Ajax Cape Town head coach Stanley Menzo says he is "very happy" to have two weeks to work with his players during the upcoming international break.
Menzo was recently announced as the Urban Warriors' new boss following the departure of Roger de Sa.
And, having overseen a 1-1 draw with Free State Stars at Goble Park on Wednesday evening, Menzo is looking forward to spending more time with his squad as he looks to stamp his authority on the club.
Menzo was satisfied with the result against Free State Stars, and praised his team for their fighting spirit.
"Not a bad a result, I'm not totally happy with the draw, but I was very happy with the fight and want to win, actually we almost won it," he told the club's official website.
Looking ahead to the international break, he added: "I'm very happy that we have two weeks.
"You have to try and bring the players to your way of thinking, and then from there on you start to work on what you do on the field.
"I have different rules, that's something they have to adapt to quickly. From the rules, to the discipline and the kind of rules we have and the way of training.
"There are a lot of youngsters, a lot of naughty boys. As long as they are disciplined and do the things they have to do, they are allowed to be naughty."
