Polokwane claimed their second league win of the year when they defeated Bloemfontein Celtic 3-0 at home last month.

The Limpopo side has claimed 17 points from 11 home matches this season.

Their next three league opponents are AmaZulu (away), Free State Stars (home) and Kaizer Chiefs (away).

Rise and Shine are placed seventh on the Absa Premiership log with 32 points from 23 matches.

Wits suffered a second successive league defeat when they were beaten 3-1 by AmaZulu.

The Johannesburg team has claimed 18 points from 12 away matches this season.

Their next three league opponents are Chippa United, Orlando Pirates and Black Aces (all home).

The Clever Boys are placed fourth on the PSL standings with 40 points from 23 matches.

In head-to-head stats, Polokwane and Wits have met in three league matches since 2013/14.

The teams have a dead-even record, with one win apiece and three goals scored each.

Wits’ only previous home match against Polokwane was a goalless stalemate in the first half of last season.

When the teams met earlier this season, goals from Tlolane and Bogere took Rise and Shine to a 2-0 win in Johannesburg.

Kick-off is at 20:15 on Saturday, April 4.
