Cape Town - Orlando Pirates coach Eric Tinkler says his side will be targeting three points in their PSL encounter against Bidvest Wits.

According to KickOff, Tinkler expects a tough 90-minutes with The Students at Milpark on Tuesday, but insists his Buccaneers side are wary of the home side.

“It’s going to be a tough match, but we’ll be going there for the three points,” Tinkler said.

“We mustn’t forget, they were looking to win the (league) title not so long ago. They’ll be looking to come at us, and they’ll be fired-up after their cup disappointment.

“It’s obviously an important game, but all games are important, especially for a club like Pirates. It’s not easy, but it’s my job to keep the players focused and motivated (without any cups up for grabs), and our pride and dignity is still at stake,” he added.

Kick-off is at 19:30.
