Vasco lands Amakhosi striker

Cape Town - Vasco Da Gama have secured the services of Kaizer Chiefs striker Nicholas Mynhardt on a season-long loan-deal.

According to Soccer Laduma, Mynhardt impressed Amakhosi officials during a Nike Chance programme back in 2012.

The 22-year-old has since been struggling to break into the first team and hasn't made a full appearance for The Glamour Boys.

It is revealed that the forward spent some time with the University of Pretoria but AmaTuks were reluctant to table an offer.

Mynhardt could sign a pre-contract with Vasco if things go according to plan and the forward performs well.
