Cape Town - AmaZulu coach Steve Barker is optimistic that the club’s fortunes will turn around once they have brought in a few new faces.

Usuthu ended 2014 marooned at the bottom of the PSL table, eight points adrift of the club above them, Platinum Stars.
"We are glad that 2014 has passed and we are looking forward to a new year, hoping that we are able to move away from the dreaded relegation zone.
"It was a tough first round and we have learned a lot from the matches we played," Barker told the Citizen.
The club have been linked with a host of players, including Mamelodi Sundowns players Wayne Sandilands, Bryce Moon, Luyolo Nomandela, and Bongi Ntuli.
Mbulelo Mabizela, who last played at Black Aces, is another player being linked with a move down to Durban.
Barker concedes that there should be new arrivals shortly, but has not disclosed any names for now.
"We have two weeks to go before the end of the transfer window period.
“It would be good to have the players now as we could be working on the tactical aspects of the game with them.
"But these things take time so we simply have to be patient.
“In the next two days, we will be making an official announcement about who is coming and I am keeping my fingers cross that we have the players in our stable as quickly as possible."
