Cape Town - Platinum Stars midfielder Tintswalo Tshabalala will continue to ply his trade at Dikwena for the next two years, after finalising a deal with the club this week.

Stars are currently in a rather precarious position in the league standings, where they occupy 15th spot. The prospects of the club being relegated are as high as they have ever been but that is not enough to deter Tshabalala.
Naturally, the club are satisfied with the outcome of the contract negotiations and look forward to another fruitful spell from their star midfielder, who has made 14 appearances for the club this year. While he hasn’t scored any goals, he has contributed in other ways.
"We are thankful to Tshabalala's management in the manner they handled the contract renewal negotiations and the good faith displayed," Stars boss Ratanang Nke told KickOff.
"We are grateful for the commitment and loyalty that the player has shown to the team," he added.
