Cape Town - The race for the top eight will go down to the final game in the PSL.

The attraction of securing a place in the top half of the table is participation in next year’s MTN8 and the chance to pocket R8million in prize money should they go all the way and win that tournament.

After Wednesday night’s fixtures there are currently six teams still in with a mathematical chance of making it into the top half of the table, though for Polokwane City down in 11th it would take a miracle.
