According to KickOff, Tlolane put rumours to bed that he is set to leave the Rise and Shine for a bigger club with Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns set to have been interested in the player.

"How can I sign a new contract and the next thing I want to go? It doesn't make sense," said the 24-year-old.

"I'm very happy at Polokwane City and the chairman has been very good to me.

“He is approachable and if I was unhappy, I could have asked for a meeting with him. So there are no truth to the rumours that I want to leave the club.”

The striker ended the PSL season with 11 goals to his name and having played over 1 800 minutes for Kosta Papic’s charges.
