Cape Town - Orlando Pirates coach Eric Tinkler revealed he would have preferred to have drawn one of the giants of African football in the CAF Confederation Cup, rather than A.S Kaloum.

The draw for the final play-off round of the CAF Confederation Cup before the group stage was made yesterday and Pirates fans were revealed to avoid the likes of Al Ahly and Raja Casablanca.
However, Tinkler was of an opposing opinion saying it is easier to prepare against the bigger teams than it is against a team they know nothing about.
"We don't know anything about them. But I have already spoken to an analyst to get what we can," Tinkler told the Sowetan.
"I would have preferred if we got one of the giants. We could have drawn Al Ahly or Raja Casablanca or one of the Tunisian clubs. We know them very well.
"It looks like we are going to play the game against Kaloum in Bamako. I have been there before. It's also an away game for them at the end of the day because they have to host it in another country. We need to try and get an away goal."
The first leg of the encounter will be played on May 15 and the tie will be decided in the second leg on June 5.
