As it happened: Kaizer Chiefs v Orlando Pirates
According to Pirates website, Meyiwa admits that things will be alright as they shift their focus to the Absa Premiership.
“We are disappointed to lose to Kaizer Chiefs, but there is nothing we can do now,” said the goalkeeper.
"To our fans we want to thank them for being with us in Durban – we have another battle and I am sure things will be alright.”
The Sea Robbers travel to Port Elizabeth as they gear up to face Chippa United.
In head-to-head stats, Chippa and Pirates have met in just two previous league matches. Both of those encounters took place in the 2012/13 season.
The Chilli Boys claimed four points, drawing 0-0 in Cape Town before a 1-0 win in the return match in Soweto.
The game will be held at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium with kick-off scheduled at 15:00 on Saturday, September 27.
