Johannesburg – Kaizer Chiefs defender Tefu Mashamaite believes that there is no good or bad draw following the Telkom Knockout draw.

"We knew about the draw, and sooner or later we were going to draw one team, and it happened to be Maritzburg United," Mashamaite to the Chiefs’ website.
"We got a home draw, playing in our backyard will give us the much needed edge. Every team from now will gun for us following the MTN 8 win. We are a team to beat now," added Mashamaite referring to Kaizer Chiefs winning the 2014 MTN 8 Cup.
Chiefs will play Maritzburg in the league fixture this weekend and follow on with the TKO home draw against the same opponents the following week.
"It will be the repeat of the Platinum Stars situation, back to back games in the cup and league.”
“We will have an edge in terms of motivation. We have one cup in the bag and that will be confidence booster going forward.”
