record-breaking style this term, Mashamaite was recognised for his contribution
with four nominations at the PSL awards, which take place on Sunday.
The central defender was nominated for the Footballer of the

as MTN Player of the Tournament.
Mashamaite, who stands to win a total cash prize of R530 000

"During the season we decided to put the negotiations
on hold in order to focus on finishing on the league," Mashamaite said on Power FM on
"I will be sitting down with Bobby Motaung and the
management team to negotiate a new deal.
"The rumours are just speculation in the newspapers.
Chiefs are the only team I have been talking to."
