Johannesburg - Former Kaizer Chiefs and Ajax Cape Town defender Nhlanhla Kubheka is backing Amakhosi skipper Tefu Mashamaite for the 2014/15 Absa Premiership Player of the Season accolade.

Chiefs were again rock-solid in defence in this season’s Absa Premiership, having conceded only 12 goals throughout the campaign thus far.
