SuperSport continue transfer spree

Cape Town - After revealing four new signings last week SuperSport United are expected to sign two or three more players, including Bafana Bafana defender Bongani Khumalo.

"We have signed these four new players but we have  one or two more to finish for this season," said United's CEO, Stan Matthews.

The CEO went on further to state that there is an Australian who the club has been eyeing and one surprise signing they will reveal during a press conference.

“We are still talking with Bongani Khumalo and there is an Australian international who is also coming, then we have one surprise signing who we will announce soon. 

“We want to keep on building a strong team which will fight for things.”

Meanwhile, SuperSport will battle for a place in the semi-finals of the MTN8 when they meet Bidvest Wits for their opening match of the 2015/16 season.

The fixture is set to take place at Bidvest Stadium on Tuesday, August 4.

Kick-off at 19:30.
