Johannesburg - SuperSport United have announced that they have concluded a transfer agreement with Mamelodi Sundowns whereby Mabhudi Khenyeza and Franklin Cale are permanently transferred from Sundowns to SuperSport with immediate effect.

The deal will see Anthony Laffor moving the opposite direction with immediate effect, while Tebogo Langerman, with effect from 1 July 2012, will be permanently transferred from SuperSport to Sundowns. In addition thereto, SuperSport will receive an undisclosed transfer fee on the transaction.

SuperSport United Chief Operations Officer, Jose Ferreira, stated: “The negotiations with Mamelodi Sundowns were long and difficult, but I am very happy with the final outcome of the negotiations.

"The transfer is hugely beneficial to us in that I believe that our squad has been undoubtedly strengthened with this deal. Mabhudi Khenyeza and Franklin Cale are both exceptionally talented and experienced players and they will be a huge boost to our team.”

“Whilst the football market has become increasingly difficult, SuperSport United will continue to strive to be a competitive force in South African football.”
