The former Orlando Pirates hardman has been ‘given his clearance to join a club of his choice’. Mdledle’s exit has been open secret after he was suspended for two weeks last year after he was arrested in Sunnyside on September 16 for drunken driving.
Mdledle was fined by the club and also served a two-week suspension, but from then he struggled to break into the team as faced stiff competition from Punch Masenamela and Sibusiso Khumalo at left-back. With Masenamela suspended, Khumalo was thrown into the fray and had an outstanding game for the Brazilians against Bloemfontein Celtic.
This saw him being relegated to the stands and featured for the reserve team more often though. Rumours are linking him to a move to PSL new comers AmaTuks and Bidvest Wits.
