According to KickOff, Sundowns along with Kaizer Chiefs will represent South Africa in the CAF Champions League in an attempt to be crowned Africa’s best.

Sundowns were crowned PSL champions while Chiefs ended the league campaign as runners-up.

St Michel have only been 18 years in existence but have tasted a chunk of success in their short history having won their domestic league 12 times, Seychelles FA Cup 10 times, the League Cup five times, and the President’s Cup 10 times.

The last time Sundowns competed in the Champions League was in 2001 as they reached the final as well but lost out to Egyptian giants, Al Ahly 4-1 on aggregate.

Pitso Mosimane and his charges are set to face St Michel on Saturday, February 14.
