Johannesburg - Mamelodi Sundowns know that nothing less than a victory will do when they clash with AmaZulu at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Wednesday night.
The Brazilians are currently five points behind leaders Ajax Cape Town and can leapfrog Orlando Pirates into second place with a three-point haul.
However, Usuthu are gunning for a top eight spot and will be eager themselves to pick up valuable points.
Sundowns captain Esrom Nyandoro is hoping his side can build on their victory over Kaizer Chiefs on Sunday and carry their form forward.
"We need nothing else but three points out of this game," Nyandoro said ahead of the trip to Kwa-Zulu Natal.
"Our aim is to play good football and improve from our game against Kaizer Chiefs."
Nyandoro is back for the clash after serving a suspension, while defender Siyanda Xulu is also back in the frame following a ban of his own.
Defender Matthew Booth is not expected to feature due to injury, while Innocent Mdledle is banned after picking up three yellow cards.
AmaZulu will head into the clash boosted by the return of Siyabonga Vilane and Sibusiso Hadebe from suspension.
Usuthu head coach Manqoba Mngqithi has no new injury worries to contend with ahead of the fixture.
