Serero makes clean sweep

Johannesburg - Ajax Cape Town midfielder-cum striker, Thulani Serero, cleaned up at this season’s end of season Premier Soccer League Award ceremony which was held at the Lyric Theatre, Gold Reef City, this evening.

The 21-year-old who just recently signed a deal with Ajax Amsterdam walked away with four trophies including the coveted ABSA Premiership Player of the Season and PSL Player of the Season award.

The ABSA Premiership Coach of the Season award went to Orlando Pirates boss Ruud Krol, coming off a treble winning season, while the ABSA Premiership Goalkeeper of the Season went to Patrick Tignyemb of Bloemfontein Celtic.
