According to Soccer Laduma, the 21-year-old has joined the Swedish side on a short-term deal which could turn into a three-year-deal should Seedat perform well.
It was two-years ago when he returned from his first spell in Europe with Belgium side Lokeren. Seedat then went on to play for Wits and made 11 appearances.
The midfielder is awaiting his work permit before he can be available for Degefors while Xolani Mdaki and Junaid Sait are the other South Africans he joins in Sweden.
Mdaki is on a loan-spell with Djurgardens and Sait signed for Falkenbergs.
